- Commission
- This is the second commission for ThatGuyWithStuff, another one of his OC's. This time he wanted his OC Kensuke (reference image: Untitled) in a this pose with the same expression: link. I hope he likes it! I actually had to redo this one due to a mistake in the coloring in the first version. Thoughts? Comments? Critiques? Favs? All appreciated!

One thing that especially caught my attention was the colours. Bright and nicely displayed! The colours on every fold of the cape, the lighting on the armour, that soft patch of shading underneath his chin on the neck, all those little touches that brings this image to life. Also, nice manga style.
One thing I personally would like to talk about is the pose. I love this pose, yes, I doodle my OCs with this pose repeatedly, but it's hard to get it done right. Now, considering his size, being burly and muscular, say, isn't his right hand too small, or is it hiding underneath his hands, but it looks pretty off to me.
I'm sure your commissioner is pretty happy and delighted with this image popping out in their inbox.
